Technical maintenance

A website that keeps working well

For private individuals, freelancers, and businesses that want to keep their website secure, up-to-date, and technically maintained. This subscription is available for websites built by Nexifox and for existing websites that we have technically assessed and accepted in advance.

What's included

• A monthly basic technical check of the website
• Regular software and security updates that are available and safe to implement within the existing website environment
• Monitoring of SSL security, accessibility, and the backup provision of the platform used
• One small text correction per calendar month, up to a maximum of ten minutes of work

The text correction is personal, expires at the end of the month, and does not carry over to the next month.

Not included

Hosting or platform subscriptions, domain names, email, paid apps, plug-ins, and licenses are paid directly to the respective provider. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, extensive content changes, ongoing SEO work, migrations, and recovery after changes or disruptions caused by third parties are also excluded from this subscription.

If additional work is required, you will always receive a proposal first with a clear scope and price. We will not perform any additional work without your approval.

Price and term

Technical maintenance costs €19 per month including 21% VAT (€15.70 excluding VAT). The subscription is automatically renewed monthly and can be cancelled at any time via your customer account. After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the period already paid for; there is no additional notice period.

Start and cooling-off period

As a consumer, you have a fourteen-day cooling-off period. By taking out this subscription, you expressly request Nexifox to start within that period so that your website is checked and updated immediately. If you cancel after implementation has started, you will only pay the proportionate amount for the work carried out up to that moment; you will receive a refund for the rest.

After your order

We will contact you personally to securely coordinate the website environment, required access, and start date. After that, technical maintenance will be performed every month within the scope described above.
