Return Policy
At Nexifox we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. We have developed our returns policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to help you.
1. GENERAL
Our returns policy includes a generous 14 day window. This means that you have 14 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, it is essential that you provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can simply contact us at info@nexifox.nl . We would like to point out that returns must be sent to the warehouse where the products originated, which in most cases is in China. Therefore, please contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address.
Once your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to the address provided. We cannot accept items returned to us without prior request for a return.

2. DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
It is very important that you check the condition of the items immediately upon receipt of your order. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged or if you have accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This way we can assess the problem and provide the right solution as quickly as possible.
3. EXCHANGES
If you want to get the item you want quickly, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you want. This is often the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.
4. EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY RETURN POLICY
Regardless of the above policy, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without giving any reason. As previously stated, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will immediately notify you if your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, the amount will automatically be credited back to the original payment method you used, and will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to fully process the refund and show up on your account.
